Healthy Baby Recipe ~ Coconut Porridge
This porridge is wonderfully delicious, vegan, and great for your baby (and you!). It has simple ingredients that allow you to give your baby a nutritious start to his or her day: nothing processed, nothing with animal products, just pure love for the body.
Cold pressed coconut oil can benefit your baby’s digestive system because it is made up of healthy fats lauric acid, caprylic acid and capric acid which contain antifungal, antibacterial, antiviral prosperities to boost the immune system. It can help prevent stomach-related problems because it is easy to digest. Coconut oil is also healthy because it helps your baby’s body absorb nutrients, vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
– 1 cup of water
– 1/3 a cup of oats
– 4 tablespoons of coconut milk
– 1 tablespoon of almond butter
– 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
– 1 banana

– fresh blueberries
– crushed nuts or seeds
– raisins and goji berries
– cacao nibs
