Healthy Baby Recipe ~ Roast Pear & Banana Puree

  • 2 bananas, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 pears, peeled and cut into wedges

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place the bananas and pears on a parchment paper or lightly oiled baking sheet.
3. Roast for 25 minutes.
4. Puree until smooth.
5. Cool and serve.

Pears are an extraordinary source of dietary fiber for your baby when the skin is eaten along with the flesh. Pears are also an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin E, both powerful antioxidants and essential nutrients.
