Baked Peach Almond Oatmeal | Vegan Nursery Tel Aviv

This is a yummy, healthy, easy to make vegan breakfast for your kids. We make it at our Tel Aviv nursery and the children love it, especially the caramelized baked peaches :)

Baked Peach Almond Oatmeal:

2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup date or coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups almond milk
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 1/2 cups chopped peaches
Peach slices for the top

directions:

1. In a baking dish, mix everything together and place the peach slices on top 

2. Bake for 40 minutes, until the top is golden and oatmeal is set. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve warm.
